02 / Selected Conversions

Three vessels.
Three new lives.

Each conversion is a bespoke engineering programme. These three represent the breadth of what's possible when you start from bare steel.

03 / Operational Precision

The programme that
doesn't slip.

Fleet managers don't have contingency weeks. Our 22-week standard programme is built around your charter calendar — not ours.

Phase 01
Weeks 1–3

Conversion Feasibility Study

Hull condition survey, class notation review, flag-state requirements mapped, and preliminary cost model built. You receive a go/no-go recommendation with financial case before any steel is cut.

Phase 02
Weeks 4–8

Engineering & Classification Package

Detailed structural drawings, system schematics, and class submission prepared in parallel. Classification society review runs concurrent with material procurement — no sequential delays.

Phase 03
Weeks 9–20

Dry Dock Execution

Vessel enters dock on a defined programme with zero float. Three shifts, 24/7 critical-path operations. Daily reporting to owner. Charter schedule held.

Phase 04
Weeks 21–22

Sea Trials & Delivery

Full sea trial programme, class surveyor attendance, flag-state inspection, and certificate issuance. Vessel delivered to owner ready to earn on day one.
